Two hikes were taken.  On friday, the intrepid hikers were taken up to the top and we hiked 7 miles down 2100 feet to Camp Nelson.  The hike was through

Redwood groves where the trees were huge.

On saturday, we went for a down and back hike. More big redwoods.  There was a George Bush tree, but we

didn't get that far.
