South East Utah in May 2012 was our destination to hike to Indian ruins and old mines.  The first day we  drove to Kanab where we stayed the night.  The second day we hiked up Snake Gulch in Northern Arizona, about 30 miles south of Kanab to see pictographs and petroglyphs.  The next day we drove to Blanding after stopping to hike to a ruin in Butler Wash. The next three days we hiked in the Cedar Mesa area, drove up Montezuma Canyon, and hiked to three cliff dwelling sites in Butler Wash.  We then drove to St Gorge where we watched the annular eclipse of the sun and then back home the next day.  Notes          GPS Info
