We flew down to San Jose del Cabo, in Baja Sur,  in May 2010 and stayed at my cousin's house.  The weather was 90 F during the day and 70 F at night. Perfect weather.  We drove all over the southern area and saw many things.  Snorkeling was great at a beach close to their house and also at Cabo Pulmo where there is a coral reef.   Sitting around their pool and dining out completed the good times.  Notesz
