The group went to the Sacramento delta  houseboating for the second trip in 1987.

 Steve crashed into the dock, but no damage was done to the houseboat.  We pulled up to the bank the second night and  when the tide went out we got hung up on a pipe that was embedded in the bank.  The fat in the frying pan was the first notice of the boat not floating correctly.  A 50 foot boat with boy scouts onboard pulled us off.
